WHAT YOU MUST BRING WITH YOU TO REGISTER!!
1. Registration Fee Cheque or Cash
2. Raffle Ticket Fee $100.00 Cheque or Cash (it has been decided that this must be paid up front and you can recoup your money by selling the tickets)
3. Equipment Deposit Cheque dated Dec 1, 2010 in the amount of $175.00
4. Photo copy of players Birth Certificate
